We have been at the forefront of high pressure water jet technology since its inception.  Our commitment to applied research in this technical area and product development mean that we have been responsible for many novel developments in equipment and currently market our own range of abrasive water jet cutting products via our Diajet subsidiary.

 We offer test facilities and independent research into high pressure water jets and our dedicated water jet laboratory with various pumps and manipulators enable us to perform many exploratory test for potential end users. and related applications. With a strong network of connections to key researchers world-wide, we are well-placed to bring new developments to bear on clients problems

Research and Testing

Our work on both plain and abrasive jets enables us to offer a unique breadth to our experience, and are thus able to offer advice on the whole spectrum of the technology. 

Application areas range from domestic sewer cleaning and renovation to hi-tech coating removal for the aerospace and nuclear industries.

BHR staff have practical experience gained from involvement in many site related projects over the years, and hence can offer consultancy based upon real world applications.
We can accommodate projects from quick exploratory tests to partnership in fundamental research programmes.

Design, Modelling and Product Development

We have a very practical experience  of developing equipment over the past thirty
Years, but also have a good theoretical understanding of the plain and abrasive jet
Processes. This, combined with a solid engineering design capability enables us to see ideas through to reality.
