All staff are offered appraisals at least once a year by their line manager (and new staff more frequently).
Centralised briefings take place monthly and section briefings weekly.
Staff are not permitted to accept gifts or inducements.
Everybody has a staff handbook which details grievance and other procedures as well as company rules.
On joining, staff sign up to Confidentiality and Software Piracy statements.
