As the UK's leading independent contract research, development and consultancy organisation in fluid engineering and process technology, BHR Group Limited serves the chemicals, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, food, manufacturing and utilities sectors and it's Conferences division organises technical courses, seminars and conferences.

The Opportunities

We recruit graduates and more experienced engineers with good honours degrees in chemical, civil, mechanical or software engineering. The Group is an accredited training centre for IChemE and IMechE. Links with Cranfield and other universities offer opportunities for post-graduate degrees in conjunction with industrially relevant project work.

To support our engineering teams, we recruit a variety of able staff with a proven track record in areas such as Project Management, Administration, Sales and Marketing and EVents Organisation. Flexibility, and a "can do" attitude are essential!

The Experience

Graduates rapidly gain real and valuable industrial experience from working on the Group's projects and a keen insight into the problems and needs of industry. Our structured management training provides a firm foundation for business management and commercial skills.

All of the Group's activities are directed at industrial problem-solving and generating applicable knowledge in areas including product design and development, process modelling and simulation, system testing and validation.

As they gain experience, many of our staff become recognised world experts, sitting on standards bodies and advising governments and multi-national companies as well as providing cost-effective services to small companies.
